At the Orchard Primary School, school uniform plays a valuable role in contributing to the ethos of our school. It helps to ensure pupils of all ethnicities and backgrounds feel welcome, while instilling a sense of pride and equality. School uniform encourages a sense of identity and belonging. A school uniform also protects children from the social pressures to dress in a particular way. Above all we believe that school uniform supports effective teaching and learning.
School Uniform:
Black/grey/white head scarves/hijabs if worn
